We are pleased to present you our new Product Book. You can download it in the "Downloads" section. We were already able to present some new products to our visitors at Gut Böckel in September and are now bringing them to market in the near future.
Our new range is now even more strongly geared to the current requirements of the market with additional product variants. To meet these requirements, we have consistently expanded our table fan range with several strong types. Like the Interia Smart in the compact unit size of 60 cm. That's why our smallest is a big one. You do without nothing and cook with pure passion. Because with its total output of 7200 W and the innovative arrangement of the individual inductors, it is on a par with our larger appliances. The Smart can already be installed with a worktop depth of 60 cm with a targeted downward airflow. Either for exhaust air operation or with modern effective air purification systems based on carbon filters in the area of the kitchen plinth or with the newly developed plasma rear wall filter, which is connected directly to the Interia Smart.
This plasma filter has been developed for all space-saving ERGE PlugIn table-top units in recirculation mode, because due to its direct coupling with the fan unit and the large air outlet of over 2000 cm2 , this filter can also be installed without any problems in architecturally low plinth heights of 50 mm.
From now on, the completely revised ERGE Interia Control 3.0 also complements our range. In future, with continuously controllable EC fan technology and white LEDs. In addition, with a completely new hob assembly for more space on the hob. To make this possible, the display panel has been positioned in the middle in front of the intake shaft. Another new model is the Interia Panorama, now also with professional toggle control. Both appliances are available in stainless steel or PVD "Diamond Black" coated stainless steel.
The classic "Memphis" black island bonnet is also new in our range, because we are convinced that exhaust air ducts will continue to lead upwards in the future. There are many situations where a functional extractor hood is essential for the customer, for example above a larger hob.
Our product philosophy has remained unchanged. We continue to use high-quality stainless steel for our appliances. This material quality has proven itself, is durable, odourless, is used in professional kitchens and is also recognised by the end consumer.
