BUILT-IN EXTRACTOR HOOD
Due to the minimalist and purist kitchen architecture, built-in cabinet bonnets are generally positioned lower, i.e. closer to the cooking zone than other wall-mounted bonnets. This results in increased condensation and drip formation, especially in connection with induction hobs. It is a physical phenomenon that is not triggered by the performance of the bonnet, but exclusively by the very different temperatures of the steam and the surrounding surfaces.
The built-in extractor Sliver has a concealed, heated pull-out that permanently prevents the formation of drops on the underside of the built-in bonnet, a radial fan that sucks in air from both sides and a collection container for condensate. The collection container can be emptied at the touch of a button.
