The Teppan Yaki is often called "the fireplace of the third millennium". Here in an ingenious new interpretation: a completely flat and smooth stainless steel surface that lowers under temperature starting from the central area to form a slight depression. When it cools down, the stainless steel surface returns to its original shape.
This unique function enables a very special cooking culture, in which even the light preparation of the dishes becomes a culinary experience time and again. This corresponds to our contemporary ideas of healthy and uncomplicated but tastefully refined cuisine and a daily inspiring joy in creative cooking.
