The Interia Control 3.0 has precise ball-bearing knobs made of solid stainless steel. The display for the individual induction cooking zones is integrated in the glass ceramic under the intake shaft. The two right-hand cooking zones can be switched together to form a large cooking surface, for example for a griddle. The individual stages of the powerful base fan are also shown in the display in the centre of the ceramic surface in front of the intake shaft.

Made for professionals - with materials from professional kitchens: That's why the intake shaft is made of odourless stainless steel, as are the flush cover grille and all other moving parts. Nothing protrudes, so you can move pots and pans around the cooking surface without any effort.

Even if you choose black for design reasons, the choice is yours. The cover grille remains in stainless steel, but is coated in high-tech PVD "Diamond Black" extremely scratch-resistant black, true to the motto "black is beautiful".

And to make cleaning easy for you, all moving parts go in the dishwasher for hassle-free cleaning.

By the way, our stainless steel grease filter absorbs around 95 % of all grease particles for a clean environment. The Interia Control 3.0 is available in an exhaust or recirculation version. Recirculation with classic activated carbon honeycombs or with a modern plasma filter. Our plasma filter produces a cold volume plasma and thus clean and pure air, reliably eliminating odours, spores and viruses. Made for a long kitchen life.
